Objective:  

A series of interactive workshops designed to equip leaders with an innovative coaching approach which enables them to conversationally affect culture performance, engagement and development moving away from traditional theoretical and over psychological models. From the first session participants will go way and start having new and different goal orientated conversations both with each other and with their respective teams.

 

Program Description:

Bespoke Leadership program aimed at teaching, coaching, and mentoring leaders in “minutes and moments” coaching and mentoring combined with a focus on the needs of the organisation in terms of leadership outputs that are required. The result is a pragmatic program improving both the leadership ability of participants and the practical application of having different and empowering conversations.

Unlike linear approaches the FLIP™ approach lends flexibly lends  itself to “minutes and moments” conversational coaching, development and mentoring so that leaders are adept at having impact on a daily basis.

  • From short 1-5 min conversations to conventional performance reviews.  

  • Practical and doesn’t require traditional years of training. 

  • Interactional and behavioural and non-threatening.

  • Ideal for time starved leaders who need to make an impact. 

  • The Model is straightforward and proven for coaching, development and mentoring.

Gamechanger Presentation - A 2 hour – ½ day Interactive Workshop

Objective: To empower leaders /managers with effective presentation skills, including building rapport with the audience, speaking with confidence, remaining cool under pressure, enhancing communication, and influencing skills, and incorporating theatrical elements and fun into their presentations.

 

Workshop Description: This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with essential presentation skills, enhancing their presence and effectiveness when communicating with others. The workshop could be structured as follows although more than happy to adapt to specific needs or requirements:

Motivational analysis and Motivation workshops.
